She is one of the kindest people we have working with us, and will always provide you with what you need with patience and dedication.

She has been working in the Customer Service Industry since 2006, learning many things along the way. Monica’s vast experience in the Customer Service Industry has played an immense role in helping her build and maintain good relationships with AMDC valued patients that she encounters on a daily basis.

Being well-organized and efficient while multitasking is one of her biggest assets, which is why we love having her as a part of our team.
