In my experience, most providers attempt to overcharge, overbook/waste time and are rigid in their approach. Last year I was experiencing severe wisdom tooth pain and needed to see a dentist ASAP. My friend who is already a patient of Dr. Wael suggested that I see him. It was a great experience and I don't go anywhere else. My husband also sees Dr. Wael now. The clinic is clean and tidy and the staff are all very friendly and professional. Easy car parking too is great. The reception ladies are also very knowledgable about the insurance paperwork and procedures which is a bonus. The thing I like the most about Dr. Wael is his honesty. He is not constantly trying to sell you veneers and whitening like other dentists in Dubai. He will tell you exactly what you need to fix and what is unnecessary. I have recently had an implant with Dr. Wael. Before I decide to go to ADMC, I visited a couple of dentists in Dubai to get more opinions. Dr. Wael was the only one to explain the process so well and he was very clear to what he will do. After the implant surgery I had absolutely no pain or any kind of discomfort. There was no bone breaking, comparing to suggestions of other doctors and the surgery couldn't go smoother. Despite it is slightly more expensive than others, when the time comes to do the surgery and you hear the doctor saying "bring the blade no. 5", then you know you have come to the best.

I had a bone graph and four implants put in on Dec. 5 in Kuwait. Between the 5th and the 12th of December my wound had to be closed 3 times. Thursday night, December 12th I was flying into Dubai and my sutures ruptured again. I made it to the hotel and started trying to find an emergency dental hospital. I reached the Dr. and he met me at his office early the next morning on his day off. Unbelievable but true. He examined me, fixed the mistakes made in Kuwait and sewed me back up. It’s now December 22 and his sutures are still holding and I’m healing. I would have paid any price for care but was shocked by how reasonable it was. Good guy, straight talker, did exactly what he said he was going to do the man earned my respect and confidence.

I removed one of wisdom teeth few days back.Dr. Wael took literally less than 5 mins to take it out, and it was quite tricky one. It had long root and came out side scratching my cheek inside. No bleeding for long time, no swelling at all, and the most importantly no pain. When I came out from the operation, everything I needed was already prepared (like documents to claim) staffs checked some extra informations for me, and they are super nice and friendly😍maybe you can do cleaning or whitening in other places and think they are good, but I can guarantee you that you would never go back to any place after you experience American medical & clinic centre.

He sat down with me to show me my x-rays and we talked about different plans for my teeth. He was extremely pleasant and really helped me with different options and the complete procedure. I had a great experience in this beautiful clinic with Dr, wael that was so amazing dealing with my case that I was in more than 2 clinics in Dubai and could not fine out the issue.Dr. Wael found and fixed the issue in less than hour and almost no pain which is an other point, the product he is using is American product and 100% original and anyone can feel the difference. I have been searching for an exceptional dentist in Dubai because I’m suffering from a TBI which makes working on anything in or near my head extremely difficult. I’m so grateful to find Dr Wael and his professional and extremely caring staff! They adjusted all their techniques to accommodate all my unusual needs. Dr Wael was kind, gentle and explained the entire procedure and checked in with me step by step. I can’t thank him enough and if I could, I would give his dentistry 10 out of 5 stars!
